A cable car with tourists travels across a lush, mountainous landscape with rocky cliffs in the background, under a cloudy sky. The area is covered in dense green foliage.

Great tourist spot we loved travelling in cable cars skyway and the train. Experience on train was amazing we couldn’t resist revisit this place next time. A must have todo spot on your travel checklist if you visit NSW as your next destination. We skipped dinosaur valley because we just visited one on April 2024 in Coffs Harbour so nothing fancy and new here. But if you are travelling with kids visit this place as well.

Great experience for stunning views and history lesson. Options for shorter walks and longer for different views etc which is great. On-site Cafe great. Restaurant didnt open until 11am and the food left a lot to be desired it all looked really good but wasnt. But at the end of the day you don't go there for the food.. they did have kids nuggets and chips tho so that's the main thing. We waited a really long time at cashier in merch shop to be served as nobody at the counter but other employees standing right next to it completely ignored the fact and did their own thing. Wasn't impressed with them at all but can't hold that against the place in general and another employee realised we were waiting after a while and came over apologised and served us. Meanwhile.the other 2 staff members were still standing right there next to the desk playing with the stock and talking amongst themselves ignoring us (by then it was about 4 lots of people waiting to be served. All in all absolutely worth visiting.

Free under cover parking nearby Staff very helpful and fun. The steepest railway ride IS really STEEP!! The board walks with information boards etc on the way really enhanced the experience. Cable car and Skyway fantastic and you can ride all 3 as many tomes as you like! Scenery spectacular. We experience a thunderstorm and heavy rain while there but fortunately were under shelter.

It was a great experience! Great staff and special shout out for Zac who was very friendly and helped my son to get over his fear of steep railway. Zac explained about the speed and distance very nicely.. Thanks Zac!

Brilliant few hours, and no need to have kids to enjoy it! The rides provide wonderful and unique views, and are worth the entrance fee alone.

The Scenic Railway was a highlight with its steep incline, offering a fun ride and amazing views of the forest. I also enjoyed the Skyway, which provides a unique perspective of the mountains and waterfalls. The walking trails were well-marked, and the whole area felt clean and well-maintained. However, the number of visitors did make some spots feel less enjoyable, as it was hard to fully take in the atmosphere. If you're planning a visit, try to go early to avoid the larger crowds. Overall, it’s a well-organized place to appreciate the natural landscape. 😊

Great place, reasonable price and good amenities. Unfortunately 1 section of walkway was closed. Would like to see more interpretive signage along the walk with regard to the history and also the local flora/fauna. Best to go early before the rush.

Great place to spend your day. I enjoyed a lot but the weather was not on my side. I need to visit one more time to have the full view of the waterfall. It was cloudy and raining spoiled some of the views. Choose your day wisely based on the weather.

It was a great experience for the family and for those who loves the nature. We came in early morning so we managed to experienced the cableway, railway and skyway few times before the place became crowded.

We visited Scenic World as part of a tour to the Blue Mountains. We enjoyed the ride on the railway and the Skyway ride over the valley. Also enjoyed the Scenic walkway and learning about the original use of the property as a coal mine. Thought it was a great location to enjoy the beautiful valley and rainforest. Would recommend to see the natural landscape easily.

Everything's great! There are four different attractions to enjoy. The time spent on each is quite short. For example, the train ride takes less than 2 minutes, and the cable cars are around 1 to 2 minutes. A scenic walk will take about 15 minutes. The ticket price is $66. So, considering all these attractions, do you think it's worth it? That's up to you! But I must say, the views are really lovely. Personally, I think for a one-time experience, $66 is just fine. Oh, and there's also a free parking lot!

A place that many people go to when they go to Sydney. You can feel the Australian nature. You can enjoy walking and hiking while feeling the nature of the rainforest on vehicles, and there are dinosaurs and other things that children can enjoy as well.

What people love about Scenic World

Panoramic view of a vast landscape with lush green valleys and rugged cliffs under a partly cloudy sky. The Three Sisters rock formation is prominently visible on the left, with sunlight illuminating the scene.
