ARE YOU OPEN, WHERE DO I BOOK TICKETS?
Yes, Scenic World is open.

IS IT SAFE TO VISIT SCENIC WORLD?
Scenic World is a COVIDSafe business.
We have worked closely with authorities to develop and implement an extensive COVIDSafe plan which is line with best practice and reflects all the latest recommendations and advice from NSW Health.
As a result, our visitor experience has changed.
Social distancing and hand sanitising stations are now part of our daily operations, and all rides and hard surfaces are regularly sanitised. .
In line with advice from NSW Health, all visitors are required to check in via the NSW Health app upon arrival.
ARE MASKS MANDATORY FOR VISITORS?
In line with NSW Health advice, as of March 29, 2021 masks are no longer mandatory in indoor settings or public transport, however we advise the use of mask on our rides during peak seasons such as Easter and school holidays.
DO I HAVE TO CHECK-IN ON ARRIVAL?
All visitors are required to check in with the NSW Health app upon arrival. QR codes are easily accessible at all check-in points, and staff are readily available to assist all customers.
Visitors are encouraged to download the Service NSW app prior to arrival to streamline the check-in process.
Visitors without the app will be directed to an online forms. Staff are happy to assist visitors without a smart phone.
Scenic World staff also ask a number of simple screening questions upon arrival, including have you visited any of the locations/venues flagged by NSW Health (listed here)?
In line with our commitment to keeping our staff and visitors safe, answering 'yes' to any of the questions above will unfortunately mean that you cannot enter Scenic World.
BORDER RESTRICTIONS HAVE IMPACTED MY PLANS TO VISIT SCENIC WORLD. CAN I VISIT AT ANOTHER TIME?

I LIVE IN A COVID HOTSPOT, WHICH HAS IMPACTED MY PLANS TO VISIT SCENIC WORLD. CAN I VISIT AT ANOTHER TIME?
Anyone who lives in a current Covid-19 hotspot is able to exchange their ticket to visit another day. Contact our Experience Planning team to manage your booking on email@example.com or (02) 4780 0200.
I WOULD PREFER TO POSTPONE MY VISIT DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION. WHAT DO I DO?
Scenic World is a COVIDSafe business and every effort has been made to protect the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff.
