Scenic World welcomes guide, hearing and assistance dogs to travel on both the Scenic Skyway & Cableway. For animal welfare reasons, please discuss your individual circumstances before travelling on the Scenic Railway so we can safely maximise your experience. We ask that assistance dogs wear their harness or leash at all times and are not carried.
Please note that proof of training may be requested by a Scenic World team member.
Scenic World accepts Companion Cards; admission is free for a registered caregiver accompanying a visitor with a disability.
Accessible toilets are located on L1 and L3 of our main building. These are dedicated disabled toilets with sufficient room for a companion. Additional accessible toilet cubicles are located inside the public bathrooms adjacent the disabled parking outside our Main Building.
Please note there are no toilets in the valley nor along the Scenic Walkway.
PRAMS, STROLLERS & MOBILITY AIDS
Upper levels of our multi-storey carpark are pram accessible by ramp.
For safety reasons prams, strollers and some mobility aids are not permitted on the Scenic Railway. Pram access is limited on the Walkway due to steep slopes and multiple stairs.
Pram & mobility aid parking is located on L1 of our Main Building.
Please alert staff of any food allergies when placing your order at our dining outlets. Our casual eatery, EATS270 offers Halal, vegan and vegetarian options.
