We are located at 1 Violet Street, Katoomba. You can get to us by car, train, bus, or even walking!

By car

We are 90-minutes by car (around 100km) from the centre of Sydney (the M4 motorway and the Great Western Highway).

Park in our free multi-storey car park.

Do you have EV car?

We have four 11kW EV chargers on level three of our car park. Follow the instructions at the parking spots.

By public transport

Sydney Trains operate between Central Station and Katoomba on the Blue Mountains Line. Scenic World is 3 km from Katoomba Station.

The following buses stop outside Scenic World and Katoomba train station:

By foot

Whether you want to walk for 30 minutes or a day, there are many ways to get to us by foot.

  • Walk to us along the cliff top from the Three Sisters, the Katoomba Cascades and the Grand Cliff Top Walk.
  • Walk to us in the rainforest after you climb down the Furber Stairs or the Giant Stairs.
  • Remember! Before you start walking, always check our last rides and the National Parks website for alerts.
