Frequently asked questions

What happens if it rains?

All our rides operate in all types of weather. Along the Walkway you can experience the natural beauty of the rainforest. The rain is what makes the rainforest so special.

Can I bring a pram or stroller?

You can easily take prams and strollers on the 10-minute part of the Walkway. Pram access is limited on the 30-minute and 50-minute parts of the Walkway due to steep slopes and multiple stairs. We also have pram parking in the main building if you prefer to leave it behind while you explore. Ask about your pram options when you check in.

Is the Walkway wheelchair accessible?

The Walkway between the Cableway and Railway stations is wheelchair accessible. This is 500 metres and is around 10 minutes one way. The longer walks (30-minute and 50-minute parts) are not wheelchair accessible due to steep slopes and multiple stairs. Please contact us in advance to discuss your accessibility needs.

What time is the last ride?

Last ride times vary depending on factors such as the day of week, the time we close, and weather conditions. Ask about the last rides of the day when you check in.

Can I get a one-way ticket?

No, all Scenic World passes include unlimited rides on all rides. This includes if you start your journey in the valley. You can explore at your own pace and even leave and come back on the same day before close.
