Manage my booking
Whether you want to change the time or day of your booking, add passes or turn an exist pass into credit, you can do all this and more when you set up a free account.
Create an account
Before you can make changes to your booking, create or log into your account:
- Click on the person icon the top of this page, or click here.
- Create an account or sign in with your phone number or email.
- Make sure you have your existing booking information with you.
Change the date or time
Create or log into your account then:
- Click the 'ticket icon' at the bottom/middle of the page
- Select the booking you wish to alter
- Click 'Edit Booking'
- Add your new preferred sessions to your cart
- Remove the old/unwanted tickets from your cart
- Confirm, checkout and update booking. Any additional payment or credit* can now be processed.
- Credits are allocated to your account and can be used for future ticket purchases or onsite at the cafe, restaurant or retail store.
Add or remove passes
Create or log into your account then:
- Click the 'ticket icon' at the bottom/middle of the page
- Select the booking you wish to alter
- Click 'Edit Booking'
- Add or remove tickets* as required
- If adding tickets, you'll be able to process these at checkout
- If removing tickets, you're account will be allocated credit which can be redeemed to future tickets or used onsite in the cafe, restaurant or retail store
*You cannot turn an entire booking into credit, at least 1 ticket must remain.
